The complex is a composition of five high-rise (12 floors) residential buildings, on a two-story stylobate with two underground floors. The area of the complex is 50,000 m2. The location of the complex: Almaty, 130 Shevchenko str., corner of Sharipova str. In the courtyard of the complex, there is a one-story block with an underground two-story parking, with a playground on the operated roof. The foundation is a solid reinforced concrete slab with monolithic cross strips on top of the slab.

The “LAMİYA” complex also includes office units, trading floors, a stationery shop, a sports and health complex, which are located on the underground and the 1st floors of the building. During the project design process our company achieved savings of more than 1000 tons of frame reinforcement.
